Freeway Status Updates


The regular traffic lanes of Interstate 5 reopened Monday morning as cleanup and repairs continue after the fiery, multi-truck crash that closed the freeway in the Newhall Pass. The chain-reaction wreck occurred Friday night and all lanes of the freeway were closed throughout last weekend. The southbound truck route remains closed. Radio station KHTS AM-1220 is providing regular online updates regarding this story:
